Set alerts related to a date

Within the standard dashboards, there are alerts, configured for only four dashboards, and also for the task manager.

 

In the Corporate dashboard, an alert is related to the dossier type appointments.

 

Within the create screen of an appointment, there is a field called, ‘Renewal date’. The alert is related to this field, and sends out an alert to the administrator, when this specific date is within 90 days, from the current date.

 

In the Contracts dashboard, there are alerts related to each dossier type, that are under contracts.

 

Within the create screen of a Business Agreement, there is a field called ‘Notice date’. The alert is related to this field, and sends out an alert, when this specific date is within 90 days, from the current date.

 

In the Cases dashboard, there is an alert, related to the “claim” dossier type.

 

Within the create screen of a claim, there is a field called, ‘Next Court date’. The alert is related to this field, and sends out an alert, when this specific date is within 90 days, from the current date.

 

In the IP Registration dashboard, there are alerts related to all dossier types.

 

Within the create screen of a Trademark Registration there is a field called ‘Renewal date’. The alert is related to this field and sends out an alert, when this specific date, is within 90 days, from the current date.

 

After creating a dossier, that is subjected to an alert date, you can make it inactive in the dossier, in order to stop receiving alerts.
